PS If ALA keeps this brainstorming of increasing shareholder value schemes going, soon ALA will have no assets and a zero stock price.<vbg> Which is almost what happened to Seagate but in a different way. Obviously you can tell I'm not a fan of increasing shareholder value with a pseudo spinout. Too many questions left unaswered AND tax implications(to the majority shareholder ALA) are unclear.
