Playmate Hospitalized by Dumbbell

HOUSTON (Reuters) - A wayward dumbbell has put former
Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith in the hospital and out of
the courtroom where she is seeking half of her late 90-year-old
husband's billion-dollar estate, her attorney says.

Smith, 32, dropped the dumbbell on her left hand while
lifting weights last week and injured a nerve that extends the
length of her arm, lawyer Tom Cunningham told Reuters.

"The doctors have told her that she must take medication
and therapy and must stay in the hospital," he said.

Cunningham dismissed the possibility that she was using the
injury as an excuse to get out of going to court. "She's dying
to be here," he said Thursday.

Smith is suing for half of oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall's
estimated $1.6 billion estate in a trial that began on Oct. 2
and is expected to last until January. She has not been in the
courtroom the past few days, but the trial has gone on.

Marshall died in August 1995 after 14 months of marriage to
the 1993 Playmate of the Year. They married when she was 26 and
he was 89 after meeting in the Houston topless bar where she
danced.

Let me know how you are...I'm very concerned. But you're strong and in good health so I know you'll be fine.
I bought back my big boys today...emc,sebl,sunw, and much higher prices than I sold them.
And I have no more atml and little ssti so they'll probably go up now. I really liked ssti. Sad but I"m sick of the sight of both of them.
Next time I'm "rich" I'm getting into cash Then I can buy things when they are down like SSTI and ATML and hold them instead of giving up.

It's been an absolutely horrible depressing last month, and my infected gum didn't help. The dentist finally had to pull the tooth which makes me feel old and ugly. (There's one in its place but it's only temporary while I make up my mind what alternative I want made and while the gum heals. I have the tooth in an envelope, perfectly healthy. I think the gum problem was caused by my last dentist, he dug too deep when he did a "deep cleaning". He has alcohol problems I think...two three hours late for appointments and sometimes doesn't show up at all. Have a new dentist but it was too late.)
