Don, does it seem significant to you that the Nasdaq just rallied 16% (low to high) in 3 days on decreasing volume?

Donald,
Not everyone, but many interviewed analysts on CNBC are getting pretty bullish today. Frequently now it's being mentioned that there's been a likely confirmation of a bottom having been set. A few still hold out that not all the indicators were sufficiently present (panic level, return to complacency) to justify that conclusion. Regardless of whether a lower low will be set, there is more agreement that at least a retest of Wed. intradays lows should occur. My question to you or anyone that would care to respond is: what time frame would you expect retests to occur? Since there have been some established guidelines to indicate a rally, such as 4th to 7th day confirmations (3 is it?) on increasing volume, are there also expectations for retests?
On a separate topic: If anyone gets the time or inclination to investigate what's happened to EXTR--is it safe yet? Has it proved it will recover? Any thoughts? My EXTREME thanks to Casaubon for his help in this subject the last few days.
