If your 2nd Amendment is so clear-cut.. why havent any of the tepid gun laws such as the Brady Bill been consitutionally challenged and overturned if its so slam dunk certain?

Not sure I agree with you on the framer's intent re: the 2nd amendment. I'll have a read, perhaps.

I have some sympathy for the arguments about making interpretations concrete through amendment, rather than relying on a weaker 'body of jurisprudence' to arrive at conclusions, but the amendment process may have the bar set too high for this to be at all practical. I suppose that too could be amended...

Regarding 2nd amendment, we already *have* set limits, then (military grade weapons not allowed, or whatever it is), so if that's okay, changing the limit should be fine, too.

back on topic.. I was wondering what the reaction in the intel thread was to Barrett coming out and openly criticizing Rambus and saying Intel made a mistake to tie themselves to them.
