Any one has updated information on the merger? From yesterday's SDLI CC: Message 14621366 [DOJ]Update: completed majority of document requests. Will finish all submittals in next month. Believe it will complete in Dec. and close before year end. DOJ discussions are on-going, so can’t elaborate further. Pat
