Bob - I was never a MSFT employee. I worked with MSFT in the pre-DOS days because I got involved in several development efforts using MSFT BASIC. Later, in the mid 80s, I did some consulting work for MSFT on driver development for OS/2. It really was a fun bunch of people to work with back then. I have not had any direct involvement with them since 1995 but I still know a lot of people in the company.
