hmmmm....I see a big difference between them. Whether or not the big boys do it, I still consider his actions to be unethical. Breaking the rules can be a very good thing, but I think that it is important to maintain a level of ethics while doing so.

And I think that the socialization process of being a kid and growing up is part of where you learn how to inter-relate with people on both a personal and professional level.
