Tom,

Let me post the question again, as I get the feeling you didn't get what I meant to convey:

" Is there any time limit on Glass doing anything to "enhance SH value"? Can he sit on things indefinitely, or is there anything that compels him to shop the shell, as it were? Could we be waiting years for something to happen?"

Forget about whether Glass and Icahn are out to screw us or whether they care about us--I'm just interested in this question in the time frame for something to happen. Will things drag on for years? As far as minority interest, for all I know it may be in our best interests for KDUS not to be sold until they're receiving $10 mil/ yr. in royalties. My question, if I can rephrase it, is will KDUS be sold, and if so, how long will that likely take, if anyone knows (or cares to guess)?

One of the reasons I ask it is that there was a post back in April, I think, by Rick, perhaps, suggesting that KDUS was being shopped by Glass (or maybe even his predecessor) back then. I have a friend who sold a closely held family business and it took him about a year to find a buyer through an investment banker and to close the deal, so maybe it takes a while to sell once you go shopping for a buyer?
