We could spend years debating the proof.

i.e. Dead Sea scrolls, Ark of the Covenant, Noah's Ark, the 24 original testaments, etc.

Your point is at 20 weeks, it's ok to throw the baby in the garbage can and at 30 weeks, it is a child you cannot throw in the garbage can?
