Dan, if RMBS' IP stands the test of the court, DDR is (and don't ask me what "is" is <g>) the IP, so it will be difficult to remove "the offending" IP from DDR. Zeev

Excuse me for having an opinion,but that article(where-ever it came from)is the ultimate in BS that I have seen in a long time. Extreme tactics that will undoubably create the negative sentiment those in the know want. I know I am reaching with this thought. But BS is BS and in this market that can bring big profits to the few.

How dan3?? How??? They've taken 3 years already and we still don't have a stable volume production of DDR. and you are telling us out of thin air, VAPORWARE as it is called, they will redesign DDR and bring it to market in 2 years. And I'm sure earth will also stop spinning while that takes place. Hell! MPUs will start moving backwards and run slower to stop progress. Ha ha ha ha ha ha!! LMAO! Get a clue!
