I looked at the number for Madgf and they are truly horrible. The only good thing i can say about the company right now is that it looks like Mr. Madge is willing to shove $60MM of his own money into it to keep it afloat, rather than pulling the plug and moving on. COnsidering that the present market cap is only $68MM, and I think he owns half of the company, that is a major commitment on his part. $30MM of his funds are committed at a price of $3 1/8 I believe.
