Tom; Sorry if I should know, but I don't....who is Mr. Lundell?? I do like the quotes from him....they make a lot of sense to me.

I read the timing threads myself, and am often amused at the confusion exhibited there....before I finally gave up on timing myself, I began making the exact trades in an account that one of the guru's makes who posts his calls and tables his results......after 6 months or so, he was showing a gain as a result of his "calls" of 20% or so....my account was underwater.....I was faithful in making the same moves too....another fellow and I were comparing notes in private mail, and both had similar results.....oh well...

I am glad that there are so many approachs to investing, but I am also glad that I took another look at AIM...trying to time is too much work, and too much stomach acid for me...I am basically lazy, and like a placid life....just a born AIMer, I guess, but it took me awhile to understand that..

Regards, Bud

Tom or any other kind soul,

Do you have a citation to the JZGalt note or notes in which he and others discussed fair value and how to calculate it according to the JZG methods? I tried a search on "Galt" and "fair value", but got too many hits to read all the notes found by my search. I thought that throwing myself on the mercy of the AIM board would be easier on my eyes, if not also on my ego.

By the way, sneaking in question 2, does Newport accept multiple trades in a holding in one week? I had two sells in a stock last month in a single week and Newport didn't handle them the way I expected it to. Actually, it took the second sale price and applied it to both sales although they were very different.

Thanks in advance for your help.
