Tony-- Re: Dell??? Got Dell on the brain? Still have time to edit, but you have to say "ed."! What are you talking about? Pengle seems to be saying that computers available through the direct channel do not count as being available. If he wants to claim that since you can only get a 1.2 GHz Athlon from Gateway or through a second-tier reseller, the 1.2 GHz Athlon is a "novelty item," then he is also claiming that any product Dell sells is also not available in retail and is a novelty. Moreover, given that Gateway has set up Gateway Country stores in OfficeMaxs around the country, his argument about 1.2 GHz Athlons not being available in retail is egregious. -Eric
