WOW.......interesting post. I look forward to seeing the responses of which I am sure there will be many.

I started in futures years ago on the back side of the gold and silver run up. After a 10 year absence I came back to the market with the idea of trading stocks. It only took me a few months to realize the place to be is in the futures and now I am back. To me it is so much better.

Am I missing what the stock traders see or have they just not found futures yet?

interesting ... as an exercise in psychoanalysis ... and not to be offensive ...

what percentage of your story do you believe to be accurate and what percentage of your story do you believe to be fiction ... fiction ... as in your interpretation of the chain of events that you believed and/or wished to have happened....

please do not fear the question ....

WOW!!!

That was a great article Teresa. You write very well...

BTW, I'm intimidated by futures. I guess that is always the case when you contemplate trying something new...

Regards,
Peter

Teresa, "By using all my trusty indicators and what not, as I had used in trading stocks, I would always be “close enough” in futures, but never got the entries correctly before being stopped out."

That confuses me.

Though I never did trade the future, but by following your classes the last couple weeks, I failed to see the differences in TA between a stock's chart and the NQ's or ES's chart. They both use the inertia of the movement as a function of price and volume to extrapolate the curve for the next move.

What do I miss?

pooh

ps. Oops, am I receiving an F in your class, now that I'm showing my confusion?
