Says who? I'm not privy to Bush election strategy. I'd say he figures he doesn't need to as Ill. is not critical to his winning. With it being so close, the undecideds usually breaking for the challenger and Nader siphoning off Gore votes better he should spend more money in the $$$ LA market (Gore only has a single digit lead --something that should be unheard of at this time in the race) and have a better shot at a much bigger prize maybe?? Just speculating. So are you. JLA
