anybody watch 60 minutes last night? 15 year old kid fined by sec for pump and dump on the internet after making 800,000 . and that was the civil settlement. he will be criminally prosecuted also. i can see him in a kiddy cell with all the guards asking him for stock picks. kid is being rung up for what prudential and all the brokers do everyday. What illegal FUD, Sly? Compared to all the mindless flackery from the longs here? Of course, by the logic of the alternative universe, it is honest and ethical to make up incredibly rosy scenarios for a stock you own, and to make legal threats against people who poke holes in those scenarios. Dick and visionthing can tell you how to get in touch with the Rambus lawyers, I'm sure they got time on their hands.
