JohnD, it doesn't matter. As a principle, I think that CEOs shouldn't be armchair stock analysts. The speed with which the stock is being sold should give him some food for thought.

Again, IMHO only.

I am told several folks who left Microsoft last year during the internet startup craze are now looking for jobs and inernally employees at Microsoft are feeling good about staying where they are.

I should hope Microsoft thinks MSFT stock is undervalued, considering it has recent new options issues at 66 dollars!
