I'm still trying to figure out what NSM's warning about the next q has to to with ADI! NSM, like TXN last week, blamed most of the expected shortfall to a few wireless customers (ERICY?) that have overbuilt inventories, as well as lower-than-expected demand for computers; key end markets for NSM.

With less than 5% of revenues in both these markets, how much exposure is there really for ADI here? It's important to note that even with a PC "slowdown", ADI has been gaining in number of components going into each PC which could lead to sequential revenue gains despite fewer PC shipments.

Meanwhile, GSPN, is getting justly rewarded today for a great Q. Their DSP sales are booming, a would-be proxy for ADI, no?

With the q ending Friday, maybe ADI will clear up the confusion and pre-announce something (good) next week. I think they need to, since the market hasn't yet figured out ADI's growth drivers.
