John/FaultLine,

The sales rep was extremely helpful. He took the phone apart at the store this morning at no charge, but since I did not recognize the ASIC codes I had to pay for it and bring it home. He told me I could bring it back if I didn't damage it.

I just took it back up there, he put it together, tested it out OK, and refunded the $159 or so I paid earlier. I thanked him for all of us. He originally told me this morning it had a QCOM chip in it, so he got some information out of it too.

John, <<Was this non destructive testing??>>
It was tempting!
