But, most people don't give credit for peace and prosperity to Clinton and Gore. The credit for prosperity belongs with the American people and the Republican Congress. If Clinton and Gore would have had a democratic Congress our situation would have been much more dire. More programs, more spending, more taxes, less freedom, more big government, more lies, less home rule, and on and on. Our salvation was really getting a Republican house and senate. It created some gridlock and stopped Clinton and Gore from really burying the American people.

Careful there, bub. Foresters practiced true environmentalism a long time before the likes of you and Algore came up with eco-meddling in things you know nothing about. Gore's ideas will do nothing but export environmental effects to third world countries that can't handle them. You ought to know that. Clinton/Gore get no thanks from me. They messed up my life more than enough to override all the 1990s gain in my investments, which, by the way, would have happened anyway because of the economic policies of Reagan/Bush that set the stage for it. Yes the last eight years were interminable and there will be dancing in the streets come November 8.
