It is strictly NASDAQ's call at this point....sadly, the mere fact that there has been this halt for such a long time indicates that the NASDAQ apparently thinks SWTX ISN"T a viable company ...going forward. Also, there is the issue of paying the NASDAQ the quarterly fee for listing...does SWTX have the money to pay them? As for speculating on a buyer..I offer GNTX. They are already in the auto supply market(mirrors,etc) and have working relationships with major auto companies. Strictly speculation on my part.
