Thanks for the reply, Pat. I had no idea the SDLI purchase was that critical for JDSU in terms of next generation products, tho I knew SDLI had the most up to date technology. No wonder SDLI stock has been so vibrant this year (pre-JDSU purchase, that is).

Hi Pat, I sure hope the merger goes through. Looks like we are seeing a bit of pre-earnings jitters today. <g> Not very often, do we see JDSU down, on a positive Nasdaq day. NT this afternoon, then JDSU on Thursday......anybody in the FO sector reporting tomorrow? :0) D.
