"...a letter to the company from the agency said FDA inspectors found a key from the FD-25 model of the laser could be removed when it was in the "on" position." and, "When you have completed any production changes necessary to assure compliance of future units and you have submitted the required reports and report supplements, you may resume introduction of these products...," the letter stated. Does fixing it mean something as simple as the half-hour required to change an ignition switch in a car - and, then, of course, filling out reams of paperwork?

That's it? That's what all the hubbub is about? Are these products huge cash cows for SDLI? My guess is -- No. But, you'd think they were -- based on today's trading. ;) I can't believe JDSU is being hit on that. But this market never ceases to amaze me. My guess is that NT will have an awful lot to say about the direction of the sector. Look for movement arising out of NT's conference call imo. Not the time for a "piker" short to try to be a hero by holding their short over night. bwdik
