It's been several weeks since I read this board's posts, and in catching up I note that there are ongoing laments about KEM's stock price being held down by things that Kemet is failing to do via PR. But I don't think their PR or lack of it matters at all. KEM moves up and down (with small auction-market variations) with the other two big guns in its sector: VSH and AVX. And the sector moves with the Nasdaq, which is the dog that wags the sector tail. Folks who try to explain (or exhort) KEM's price behavior as a result of Kemet-specific activities are, I confidently think, misguided or not alert to the larger connections. So given a Nasdaq rally over the next ten weeks or so (which is what I expect), the sector will move up. Should Nasdaq fizzle, then KEM goes nowhere, regardless of what Kemet says or does, absent startling news.
