Paul, we got deeply oversold levels on breadth and momentum last week, however most october bottoms come after a diverging retest/lower low, so far the summation index is still heading down, with the nasdaq historically oversold on a whole bunch of indicators we should have been able to cross that resistance, like we did to begin the summer rally, we may not be out of the woods yet.
