Expanding the sample shouldn't make any difference... if the polls are conducted properly. Zogby has the track-record of being right in the past, and according to him, Gore has the lead as of 6:30 EDT on Tuesday. Apparently, some of the Nader voters are getting the message -- "A vote for Nader is a vote for Bush". In particular, we should take with a handful of salt, polls by newly-sprung organizations like Battleground etc. Their motives are more than a little suspect.
