Come on Mindmeld.......let's put things into perspective here since you seem to be an even keeled guy.

SO WHAT if the $300 million slipped from this past Q to the next Q because of inventory issue? The fact that NT is even sustaining this level of growth (close to 100%) while there has been widespread component shortage the past year is a TESTAMENT to NT's execution capability.

In the conference call, it was made very clear by Roth that the shortfall will be more than made up in the next quarter and that year to year numbers will still come in as expected (probably my guess is they will beat it but I think Roth wants to be more conservative).

It is just unbelievable how hysterical the whole market has become. This latest Q result is excellent and confirms NT's leadership and does not signify ANY problem with demand with respect to Fibre Optics and specifically with respect to NT's FO products.

Let's see CSCO when there are widespread component & engineering resource shortage and see how they perform. Didn't they also report huge backlog buildup and long delays in shipments recently?

Let's not make mountains out of moehill. If there are investors who think markets only go up and a specific company like NT can only go up, they just don't understand how business works.
