OT - Michael, that is just about what George W says on the subject and I couldn't agree more. Eloquently stated!

OT,

Michael,

Your hypocrisy is mind-numbing. You want to ban cigarettes but abortion should be perfectly legal? If you do not see the inconsistentcy in that you would do well to serve on Gore's policy making committee.

OT -
Just wanted to see what was up with old AMAT, and looks like I jumped into the middle of a debate. Very well said (imo) regarding abortion. Such a tricky issue it should be left out of presidential politics. One of the problems with the presidential election process is that if you are against abortion, you probably wont be elected. People don't seem to give a damn if we sell missile technology to China (which could jeopardize the adult population as well as the unborn) as long as the prez is for abortion.

Hopefully George W can buck the trend.
