Unlike the other polls, Portrait of America uses an automated system rather than live operators. I'm sure this is how they are able to contact more voters (and hence get a greater weighting in your consolidated poll). Whether this is a better or worse way of collecting data I guess we will soon see, but it probably accounts for the consistent difference between this poll and the others.
