Yes, that's true. But the higher dollar is also squeezing corporate profits and pulling money out of the equity market. At some point as the hard landing becomes clearly visible and reflected in GDP, the dollar will fall. It has to. Sure, the dollar index can rise to 130 first.

How about inflation? Aren't we going to see the Inflation Rate surpass the growth rate in 2001? Doesn't that make Gold attractive as an investment at that point?

I'm convinced at some point the Gold Stocks will come back in favor and rally very strongly.

Ultimately, Gold is a Currency.
