MRV's luck I guess...>>> I have to disagree. from a recipient of a spinoff, we still wouldn't get shares distributed until Dec, if the IPO went off this summer, so only those privy to IPO shares at the IPO date (not us) would have benefited from the pop. I'd rather have the 3 asian acquisitions under our umbrella. mike
