i suggest you vent some of your anger... go chastise those who make it such a long process...our wonderful government. of course, that's for your protection only. tell me all the major changes you saw in the revised S1. hardly anything material.... they delayed this by at least a month. now, further blame market cooperation. finally, if you have to blame somebody, PLEASE just blame yourself.... PLEASE. i mean, nobody is forcing anyone to own this stock. from a valuation standpoint, it remains one of the best plays RELATIVE to the rest of the sector. we all knew and posted (ad nauseum) about the risks of "relativety".

i own it, too. a LOT of it. i have some shares at $4.50 and additional shares at levels above where we closed today. my guess is, by mid november, i'll be happy for purchases made at ALL levels.... if not, I made the decision to BUY, KNOWING the ipo could very well be delayed for MANY reasons. if the ipo didn't occur in MY time schedule, I could have SOLD.... i didn't. BLAME? how about MYSELF...?

I feel this is being purposely exaggerated.

The big players must support older technology (like circuit switched voice, and core ATM switching) while transitioning to the newer optical technologies.

This is just a move to lower valuations - temporarily.

I think, in a month or two, the market will suddenly "discover" that optical isn't declining and by Q1 we will be up there again.

Just an opinion.
