This backs up some rumourage that I picked up a few days ago but apparently didn't put up (then again, it appears that one of my updates got nuked accidentally, and I might have put it up there). Anyway ... a 1.30 and/or 1.27GHz announcement would have been nice, but AMD will still be on their way towards their stated 1.50GHz January goal if they get us that 1.30GHz part by next month. I know buttloads of webmasters (okay, well, at least a few) that are fondling AMD760 boards as we speak. The next week, though spookier than usual, should be very interesting (if that above quote is true!). jc-news.com
