The "NEW" report was an opinion paper written by an individual and splashed two weeks before the election. The old one was a peer reviewed analysis by the Rand Corp. Which do you really think is valid?

<<This is the NEW Rand report. The old one which was also non-partisan praised Texas >>

Is there no limit to the depths to which you are willing to sink? "NEW" report? Making the "OLD" report, issued in July, just three months ago, obsolete? Have you questioned Rand's credibility or the discrepancy between their reports at all (apparently not), or are you just willing to re-publish and run with whatever fits your preconceived notions? For someone in the television industry, you don't even make a pretense of being objective. How come?
