They have no price raising ability and their cost of labor and Oil is up

If companies have no pricing ability doesnt it necessarily follow that inflation will remain under control?

So basically you are pretty convinced we are headed into a major recession then? That sounds a bit overdone, but I do not have a handle on the macro picture to really debate your viewpoint. Keep us posted as things evolve...which they always have a tendency of doing unexpectedly.

They have overdone it already. By a lot. Their desire to not get another huge 4th q pop in gdp has caused them to make a huge error with their bias toward inflation instead of making a statement of neutrality.
