Rocky, I was thinking exactly the same thing about Lexar's claims to have circumvented SNDK's IP. Since Lexar first mentioned their "achivement" I have considered their claims to be yet one more bargaining/stalling technique. If you read Lexar's latest claims, they say that no one could possibly produce a CF card without violating SNDK's patents. In the next breath, they say that they have accomplished this feat. Since these two claims are mutually exclusive, it's only a question of whether one statement is a lie, or both. Craig
