grillsgt...."fear" goes hand in hand with "greed" in investing....neither emotion is a component of successful investing.

sdli at 234 in premarket may not be so bad, if one has a low cost basis...

notice that the majority of stocks that took huge hits yesterday are very liquid, and have an ample supply of low cost basis shares. better to lock in profits in an uncertain environ,wait for stabilization, and average up in a confirmed trend reversal.....all you give up is opportunity (greed + fear)...which i'm not sure equates to coin of the realm....

Seems like panic is setting in. If that isn't a sure sign of bottom, I don't know what is. Agree, that what Chambers has to say today will decide the fate of the market for year-end.
