I agree this is a great chance for Cell-loc(times-Three) to get into ATT. However I would point out that SGSF also has links with many other companies including other network based location companies as Cambridge Positioning Systems, US Wireless & Trueposition. They also have links with many of the major GPS handset companies, Snaptrack & Sirf.

I think they've been brought in to implement location based technologies that they determine to be best suited for ATT. They implemented the Phase 1 requirements of the E-911 system for ATT with their own technology and are now helping to implement Phase 2 requirements The News Release between ATT and SignalSoft doesn't commit to any system either GPS based or Network.

I think the Oct 4 News release was very positive for the chances of CLQ though.
