ARTG - news Art Technology to offer 4 million common shares WASHINGTON, Oct 26 (Reuters) - Internet software maker Art Technology Group Inc. (NASDAQ: ARTG) said Thursday it plans to issue 4 million common shares in an offering expected to raise $331.2 million in net proceeds. In a filing made with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company, which makes software that lets businesses build easier online relationships with customers interested in certain products, said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of an additional 725,000 shares being sold by stockholders.
