Growth rates are much higher, and Fundimental soundness of economy much greater here then in Japan. I am not contesting that we still dont have a buble.

I don't think that the u.s. SM will go down as much as the jap mkts nor stay down near as long.
The japs are cursed with terrible demographics which prevents then from extricating themselves from the morass that they've fallen into, whereas the u.s. has extremely positive demographics that will enable them to recover much more quickly from a large SM decline, imo.
