Actually April was the bottom for some. Ariba, Brocade, Broadcom, Sycamore, VeriSign, Juniper, Phone.com, Ciena, etc.

In April, May and Oct, the Nasdaq came close to 3000 and always bounced. That looks like a bottom to me.
I am still waiting for a close under 3000.
We may not see it unless CSCO disappoints or something like that. We have withstood INTC, NT, IBM, Middle East, Opec etc...
CSCO is the only variable left.
If CSCO performs, it's 4000 before 12/31.
