I have to ask you this; Wouldn't you have more confidence in the quality of assembly by a non union worker than a union worker who has been indoctrinated with hate for his employer and it's customers? My wife worked for Delta Airlines (non union) and the attitude of the employees was very upbeat and pro Delta. Her sister worked for Northwest and she (I saw the union newsletters) always felt they were not getting enough, the employer would abuse them, etc.. Bottom line, my wife loved her job and her sister still doesn't like her employer or her job because she has been indoctrinated she will be abused excepting for the union fighting for her. Why are the employees at Delta happier? I see that distrust and dislike in you. You have a great fear you are going to be screwed on your pension. You learned that from your union leaders, I am sure. Yet, a contract is a contract. I would also guess you are not a happy employee nor do you have genuine care or loyalty for helping your employer build the business. You could probably care less if the employer is profitable or successful. Is that fair?
