Lexar traded down to $5 3/4 today.
My reply:
LEXR closed at 7 11/16 today with high vol spike in last
30 minutes. Move to 5 3/4 was raid on stop loss orders
and LEXR is now ready for big advance.(IMHO). See new
LEXR vs SNDK subject. Note LEXR has better price action
over SNDK since LEXR's IPO.

This is a company with a "loose cannon" for a CEO who can never manage to keep his fat mouth shut, even on the day of the IPO.
My reply:
CEO stated that "work around SNDK" will be completed by
end of year. Also CEO stated he will be able to give more
public info once trial begins on Nov 6, 2000

This is a company that is losing money despite record-setting, robust top line growth in a record quarter in a burgeoning consumer megamarket.
My reply:
LEXR's rev growth growth was 279% this quarter. Now supplies
EOM to some very big camera makers. These camera makers
seem to be taking LEXR very serious. Maybe because the
LEXAR's product is faster?

This is a company with a copy-cat photo printing website which they are trying to peddle off as a big revenue generating center. These sites are a dime a dozen.
My reply:
Lexar CEO indicated web site is just a freebe and not a
money maker.

This is a company with no expertise in flash memory manufacture.
My reply:
Lexar product is faster. They must be doing some thing right.(IMHO)

It is a company which claims SanDisk has created an anti-competitive CompactFlash market when 48 certified CompactFlash suppliers already exist...
My reply:
The coming trial starting Nov 6, 2000 will answer this question.

Finally:
I own SNDK in the low 40's and have a STOP LOSS at 43
just in case LEXAR wins. I do not own any LEXR. My money
is still on SNDK, but sure would like to see both sides
of the "LEXR VS SNDK"
