Yeah, they're definitely distant from that objective. However, they have their niche carved out, and they're looking to move out of it.

I don't know enough about the combined entity to comment further. It just looks, to me, like a particularly sensitive indicator of trickle down..... I'm *not* trying to represent it as a great investment.

OTOH, it may be. I just haven't looked closely. I'm focused on %$#@ shakers and %$#@ incubators and %$#@ ultralow freezers.

Don't follow them closely. You think they're bargains? I've heard great things about ILMN, but.... isn't $1.2 billion a bit steep? Price to book is fine, they did well out the door....... lasting power.

I like to compare this type of company to INCY. Price to "sales" is 12 at INCY. That's a factor of 20, for twice the market cap.
