Thanks for the cc notes.

The obvious question is that if Lexar can work around SanDisk patents, can other manufacturer's do the same. And if other manufacturers have no need for SanDisk IP, what happens to the deals with Toshiba (probably nothing) and Hitachi.

I certainly believe that there will be scrutiny of the work around to see if it is still in violation. I would also be curious if the new Lexar process adds cost.
