As a SNDK owner, I say know what others are up to.
see LEXR cc replay URL at

Subject 37231

A few things stand out:
(1) CEO said "work around" will be done by end of year.
Time will tell, if that comes true.
(2) CEO talks about speed will become more important as
cameras become better. CEO claims to have faster speed.
(3) I don't know if SNDK will reach 43, but my "STOP LOSS"
is in.
(4) I can't buy LEXR because it is too risky.

reading through te statement SNDK released it would appear that the main risk would be for the judge to determine that SNDK agreed w/ co's in the consortium not to seek a patent and was at the same time applying for a patent, which they later forced others to abide by-----I think this was one of the main pts and if sndk is ruled against on that point could prove very damaging-------Sandisk I believe has responded by saying that all LEXAR work was done after the '987 patent was common knowledge etc.....

we'll see
