I did so because it seems to me that the Lexar Media legal approach is shifting from...

"we didn't infringe" to...

"the patent isn't valid anyway" to...

"well, SanDisk misrepresented itself and the patent is unenforceable" to...

"gee, there must be some anti-trust law that was violated" to...

"gosh, we're gonna do a design around anyway"...

The question I have is why didn't they come up with an original
idea in the first place and avoid all of these legal wranglings?
The court transcripts I received last Fall even indicate that Reimer
acknowledged '987 was infringed during one of the licensing meetings.
