Aus, Good Post! I have a question re: The court transcripts I received last fall even indicate that Reimer acknowledged '987 was infringed during one of the licensing meetings. I remember reference to this before, but do you have a link to such a transcript? If not how did you get the whole transcript, and how can we get it? If the answer to this was previously posted, my apologies, and just point me to it. Thanks. It seems that for them to admit to such undermines their whole case. Talk about a lawyer forehead slapper!
