I highly doubt that NT uses "cutting edge optics expertise" from an OUTSIDE contractor! If such a firm existed, they would be snapped up by NT or LU in a hearbeat considering the lack of experience/talent in the hyper growth fibre optic field. By the way, on what basis could an analyst downgrade CSCO? There has been no info as far as I know that would affect enterprise business which is the heart of CSCO business. Maybe future guidance is the issue?
