We are familiar with the company and the product, Mark. The product has been discussed here

This is a good example of a company that, 5 years ago, would not have dared to IPO this soon, but can get away with it in this market. I am sure it will sky rocket when it comes out. Most of us would not touch it with a 10 foot pole.

Mark, have you seen the size of the Transmeta offering? The float is to be just 1% of the shares outstanding -- so there's little doubt it will probably come out of the box like gang-busters. But sustainability is another matter. It looks to me like they want to establish a high, fictious price, and then perhaps drop a much bigger secondary offering on the market-- which would almost certainly be dilutive to the share price.
